About Me

Shelley

Executive Function Coach and Neurodiversity Educator

After sailing through elementary school, I hit a wall in junior high.  My grades, my confidence, and my self-esteem plummeted. My life was changed again when I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 16.  With a newfound understanding of myself and with supports and strategies in place, I finished high school ahead of schedule, completed college, and earned a master’s degree.  I now work full time as an industry scientist and have a passion for neurodiversity. I want to share what I have learned in my personal journey to help others succeed.
